Il prossimo 30 luglio i Beach Boys pubblicheranno The Beach Boys / Feel Flows: The Sunflower & Surf’s Up Sessions 1969-1971.

Il cofanetto comprende le nuove versioni rimasterizzate degli album Sunflower del 1970 e del classico Surf’s Up del 1971 oltre a 108 tracce inedite tra cui registrazioni dal vivo, radio promo, versioni alternate e accapella.

Il progetto è stato realizzato da Mark Linett e Alan Boyd, lo stesso team che si era occupato dieci anni fa della reissue di Smile Sessions.

Oltre che digitalmente Feel Flows verrà pubblicato nei seguenti formati: versione deluxe 5 cd più libro di 48 pagine, 4 LP, 2 cd e 2LP.

Il libro contiene foto inedite, testi e nuove note di Howie Edelson oltre ad interviste di archivio di Al Jardine, Brian Wilson, Bruce Johnston, Carl Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Mike Love e altri.
